October 18, 2014
Autumn Inspiration
Raymond had a very busy morning at the at the Buffalo Thunder Hilton Resort.  He taught a painting workshop called "Wildlife Painting, Quick and Powerful" hosted by Expo Artisan and Artist Magazine.
He painted a bear in action in only three hours and had the best students!
Shortly after the workshop, he headed back to the gallery for the afternoon to participate in the 7th Annual Historic Canyon Road Paint Out & Sculpt Out.

We discovered this article from blogtheglobe.com on Facebook today and what a great surprise to see a photo of Nordwall Gallery & Studio featured!

Artisan Santa Fe announces Raymond Nordwall Artist of the Month
“When you discover something in one medium, then it carries over to other mediums and all of your different approaches to painting grows, changes and evolves. Through my art, I want to inspire people to learn more about the Native cultures and their appreciation of nature. When I’m in a beautiful place, I can’t help to think about the Creator, and what He has given to us.” Raymond Nordwall
